Chipotle Taco Chicken
Welcome to (I'm tempted to say, easily) the best recipe on this blog! It's super easy and appropriate for any level of chefery. Also, since it's such a basic recipe, and being as basic as I am, I picked my iPhone as my camera of choice.So, without further ado, hope you enjoy this recipe (the pics for now, and the food when you make it :D)!
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 small can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 small red onion
- 5 cloves of garlic
The Simple 5-Step Process
1. Throw everything (except the chicken) into a blender and blend.
3. Get your grill to 400 degrees F and put the chicken on the grill.
4. Cook the chicken 8 minutes on one side and 6 on the other, or until the internal temp reaches 165 F degrees.5. Let it rest for 4 minutes, chop up into cubes, and enjoy!
