French-Toast Crepes
What you need
Egg
Milk
Butter
Flour
Maple syrup (optional)
Fresh fruit
Flavors: nutmeg, cinnamon, sugar, salt
What to do
Blend together: 1 egg, 1/2 cup milk, 2 tbsp melted (then cooled) butter. After initially mixed together, add 1/2 cup flour and about 1/4 cup more milk. Continue blending!
Add 1/8 tsp of nutmeg, 1/8 tsp of cinnamon, pinch of salt, 2 tbsp of maple syrup. Mix and set aside for anywhere from 30 min to 12 hours.
Slice fresh fruit right before cooking up the batter.
When ready to cook, heat a small, non-stick pan to a low heat. Butter the pan, let it heat up, pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan and spread thin. Cook for a few min until cooked through, flip, and stack!
Serve with fresh fruit and syrup or whipped cream, and enjoy!
