French-Toast Crepes

What you need

  • Egg

  • Milk

  • Butter

  • Flour

  • Maple syrup (optional)

  • Fresh fruit

  • Flavors: nutmeg, cinnamon, sugar, salt

What to do


  1. Blend together: 1 egg, 1/2 cup milk, 2 tbsp melted (then cooled) butter. After initially mixed together, add 1/2 cup flour and about 1/4 cup more milk. Continue blending!

  2. Add 1/8 tsp of nutmeg, 1/8 tsp of cinnamon, pinch of salt, 2 tbsp of maple syrup. Mix and set aside for anywhere from 30 min to 12 hours.

  3. Slice fresh fruit right before cooking up the batter.

  4. When ready to cook, heat a small, non-stick pan to a low heat. Butter the pan, let it heat up, pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan and spread thin. Cook for a few min until cooked through, flip, and stack!

  5. Serve with fresh fruit and syrup or whipped cream, and enjoy!
